Progress, An Adaptation / Zarif Hanımefendiler

Hello Dear Friends,

As wisers said; As we get older, time flows faster and faster. Indeed, how fast are we coming from Monday to Friday? It is not possible to understand ...

While trying to keep up with the pace of time, I can spend little time in embroidery.

As a result, "Strawberry Picking" has progressed a little more. Though,  the Sampler is considered to have finished almost halfway. Under these circumstances, it would not be better for me.

If  we come to this old template; a while ago, I've found it in Pinterest. I thought, I should embroider it first. By the way, there was no information about the date, the printhouse, or the artist. After much thought, I wanted to give a new life to her.

If, I were the painter, what kind of concept did she put on ? This is the answer of mine, which you find below. So, yet to be decided, either to work a little more on the chart or remain as it is.
Let's see...

This is how I passed this week ...

I hope we will step into a nice weekend.

Happy stitching

PS:
Hilda (Owner of  Hildi' s Good Life Blog) wrote in her comment on the previous post, "The ladies picking strawberries are like the ones who came out of  Jane Austen's world." That's right. I was inspired by the strawberry picking day at  "Emma" one of the novels of J.A. ♥

Merhaba Sevgili Dostlar,

,
Sevgiler

    1. Oh! And thanks a lot for linking to my blog. I am happy to read that you intended to look the ladies as of a Jane Austin novel. I even thought of the strawberry picking scene in Emma ;-)
